This Return Policy is applicable to DC-ConneX products (“Products”) sold by David Clark Company Incorporated (“DCCI”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) subject to the Terms of Sale, Limited Warranty, and other documents incorporated by reference therein (collectively, the “Agreement”).

30-Day Return Policy

Except with respect to any Product designated as a final sale or non-returnable, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the Product is delivered to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, the Product must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from us.

30-day Trial Returns
Except with respect to any Product designated as a final sale or non-returnable, we offer a 30-day trial return on individual Leisure, Translate, and VIP transceiver Products that have been opened and used but have not met your needs.  This 30-day trial return is only applicable to transceivers purchased individually.  Kits (including DCX-K1D01, DCX-K1D02, DCX-K1D03, DCX-K2D01, DCX-K2D02, DCX-K2D03, DCX-K4C03) are not eligible for this 30-day trial return. You will still need the receipt or proof of purchase from us.

Return Process and Shipping

You must request a return authorization prior to returning any Product.  For a return authorization, you can contact us at info@dc-connexsolutions.com.  We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Products sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Costs of shipping and handling of returned items to us are your responsibility.  You bear the risk of loss during shipment when returning Products to us.    

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method for the original purchase price paid, excluding any shipping and handling and other charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
